Service description:
visits4u was an 18 month project that aimed to improve user experience and sustain inclusive design provision across its partners. The consortium comprised of seven partners from six countries: Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Spain and the United Kingdom.
In the course of the project six itineraries were designed with information on accessibility for places to visit, to stay, to eat and suggested routes around the town. The design of the routes was based on access assessments and inspections by the partners involved between January – July 2017. Information on the routes is presented in Easy Read and Sign Languages, including International Signs.
Itineraries include two themed sections:
- Modern Art and Culture in Reus (Spain), Rhodes (Greece) and Sigulda (Latvia)
- History and Heritage in Tarragona (Spain), Rhodes (Greece) and Riga (Latvia)
