We have 47 adapted apartments for people with reduced mobility (request by reservation).The whole Resort is wheelchair accessible. Reception is open 24 hours a day. Multi lingual staff. Supermarket open 365 days (from 8.30 till 22.00). Two heated swimming pools (one of them is for children), 22ºC with hydraulic chair lift for disabled guests (up to max 120 kg). Children’s playground. Mini-golf (free with the deposit of 10.00€ per club). Social room with breakfast service from 09:00 until 12:00 o’clock.

We have at your disposal our Take Away food service (we take orders between 08:00 and 12:30 o’clock ) Special menu for diabetics or celiac’s (request by reservation). Adapted Elevator for guests with reduced mobility down to our supermarket, massage room and physiotherapy. Italian Moka coffee machine. Wake up call phone service. Answering machine and message recorder. Free Wi-Fi in the resort Exhibition Zone Library and Table games in the social room Cleaning service – ask at reception about the cleaning days. Bed linen is changed once a week (charge for extra change) Towels are changed 3 times a week (charge for extra change). As well we offer you the opportunity to make national and international telephone calls at reduced charges directly from the apartment.

Flat screen TV for IP with national and international channels The plug sockets in the apartment are European Norm with 220V. Notice to all customers: it is not possible to take in the apartment items with electrical consumption which have not being hired with our reception (electric beds, portable air conditioning units and all those appliances with power consumption, except for telephone equipment, computers and tablets). Furthermore we offer you the following services against charges: Doctor-medical emergency service. Bicycle rent in “The Fliston’s Bike” (Commercial Centre) Meeting room. <p>We rent equipment for people with limited mobility (Scooter, electrical Wheelchair, commodore shower chair with wheels, electrical bed, etc). Air conditioning–heater O/R previous indication to the reservation. Massage room from November till March, the rest of the year you will have the massage direct in your Apartment Aesthetic service directly in your apartment. Check-in: You can enter your apartment at 16:00 (in case that the apartment is ready before, we will inform the guest). Check-out: The check out time is at 12:00. In special cases such as RCI arrivals, the departure time is at 10:00.</p>
