OLYMPION REHABILITATION CENTER OF PATRA

The OLYMPION Rehabilitation and Recovery Center of Patra is a modern and high-end facility as well as one of the most conclusive in Europe, unique in Patra and the area of Western Greece.
It started operating with the aim to provide specialized rehabilitation and recovery services to people with mobility and cognitive deficits (hemiplegia, severe hemiplegia, paraplegia, quadriplegia, severe quadriplegia and severe paraparesis) that make it impossible to stand up or walk or cause problems in swallowing, speech, communication, respiratory function, function of their clamps, etc. and result in difficulty of the patient’s self-service.
The Rehabilitation and Recovery Center has 135 beds. All the patients rooms are comfortable and luxurious near the countryside and provide special equipment for the disabled.
The specialized staff consists of physicians of all specialties: Physiatrists, General Practitioners, Orthopedics, Neurologists, Cardiologists, Neurosurgeons, as well as Scientists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Dietitians, Nurses
The Center provides inpatient and outpatient care as well as the possibility of patients transportation from their home to the Center and back, with a special vehicle for the transfer of wheelchairs (mini bus) or fully equipped ambulance, upon request.
The Center is affiliated with EOPYY and other public funds (Bank of Greece, TYPET etc.) and also holds collaborations with private insurance companies. There is also the option of special payment arrangements through bank accounts and credit cards.
