Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau

As part of its missions, the Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau pursues a policy that consists of developing tourism in Paris that is adapted to everyone, of making it more attractive, and of making it easier for people with disabilities to come to Paris. In order to do this:

  • The Bureau works with its tourism trade members to improve the accessibility of their establishments and their services.
  • The Bureau promotes touristic establishments and activities that are already adapted, on its website PARISINFO.com/Visiting Paris with a disability, in its publications (especially Paris accessible), and during events.
  • The Bureau responds to the requests of disabled tourists who have difficulty in planning their trip and helps them to find solutions.

Disabled tourists can get all the keys to make the trip easy: how to get to the destination, how to move within the destination, find accommodation and restaurants, visit and enjoy.
